Really liking these lures! I put different weight hooks, of the same size & different split ring sizes, to get the lure to suspend -perfectly- in a 45 degree nose down position. I've not fished them much, yet, but the action, when jerked on slack line, is wondermus! I have sold a few & haven't had any negative feedback....don't expect to, either.

I initially ordered 5 samples of this lure and painted them. Once the paint was dry and the hooks on , I took it to the Gulf of Mexico in middle Florida. Had a super day. I caught 41 Snook as they entered the river. Biggest one was 43", then a 37, 33, 32' and finally a 29". The rest of the snook were in the 18" to 26" range. Also, caught a 27" Red fish. Great day, good lure. I used all five of the lures I painted, because the fish were bending the hooks throughout the day. I lost a bigger fish, when he cut the line. This happened three times. I came back with one lure left and it had the color of the lure pretty beat up. It almost looked like the blank I started with. I reordered 50 more of the same blank and will start painting them.

some of the gluing on the baits was not together leaving grooves where the two halves were put together. at least two of the baits had the hook eve inserted incorrectly causing the bait to leak

nice shape, nice action in water but too light, and it's float so fast.
some building tips for the factory , this lures neeeds 1.15 gr of weight rigth in behind the eyes zone abowe the lip and it 'll stand at nose down position wen stopped and it 'll be almost suspending or slow float if rigged with the WMC barbarian out barb treble hook.
